• Booking deposits may be required to secure appointments.
• Appointment times are subject to availability.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Appointment dates and times cannot be changed within 48 hours of the appointment.
• Failure to attend an appointment will result in loss of deposit.

This policy ensures fairness and protects allocated appointment time.

Deposits are processed securely via our booking system. Full treatment balances are typically payable in person at the studio unless otherwise agreed.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Viktoriia Studio is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from shared login credentials.

Viktoriia Studio provides services with professional care and attention. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app or booking system.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
